안녕하세요.
저는 RF Generator의 power amlifier를 연구하고 있는 학생입니다.
Load impedance를 50 ohm으로 설계를 했는데 matcher가 없을 때의 power amlifier의 성능을 확인하고자 합니다.
Chamber impedance의 범위가 어떻게 되는지 질문드립니다.
